1. Scope and Application of this Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy
This Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy (“DMCA Policy”) applies to copyright-protected content or materials that are owned by AllNaijaMusic or which are made accessible through the AllNaijaMusic platform.
AllNaijaMusic is a music distribution and streaming platform. The platform allows artists and creators to upload and distribute audio content to listeners worldwide.
Please note:
• This DMCA Policy applies only to content hosted on the AllNaijaMusic platform.
• It does not apply to third-party websites or services that may be linked through the platform.
• AllNaijaMusic does not control content hosted on external websites and therefore cannot remove material hosted outside our platform.
2. Notice and Takedown Procedure
AllNaijaMusic responds promptly to clear and valid notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
If we receive a valid copyright complaint, we may:
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• Notify the user who uploaded the material
• Terminate accounts of repeat infringers
AllNaijaMusic may also maintain records of infringement notices received.

4. Infringement Notification
If you believe your copyrighted work has been uploaded to AllNaijaMusic without authorization, please send a written notice including the following information:

• Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law

5. Counter Notification
If you believe that content you uploaded was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
• Identification of the removed material and its previous location
• Your name, address, telephone number and email address
• A statement that you believe the removal occurred due to mistake or misidentification
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate legal authority
• Your physical or electronic signature
Upon receiving a valid counter notification, AllNaijaMusic may restore the removed content unless the original complainant files legal action.
6. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with copyright laws, AllNaijaMusic may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly upload infringing content.
7. Accommodation of Standard Technical Measures
AllNaijaMusic respects and supports standard technical measures used by copyright owners to identify or protect copyrighted works.
We will not interfere with such technologies where they are reasonable and consistent with applicable laws.
