Delete Your AllNaijaMusic Account

AllNaijaMusic allows users to request deletion of their account and associated personal data. This page explains how to request account deletion and what data may be deleted or retained.

How to request account deletion

  1. Log in to your AllNaijaMusic account.
  2. Go to Settings > Security.
  3. Use the Delete This Account option to request account deletion.

If you cannot log in, send an email to support@allnaijamusic.com using the email address connected to your AllNaijaMusic account.

Data that may be deleted

  • Your account profile information
  • Your email address, phone number and login details
  • Your profile photo and account preferences
  • Your uploaded user content, where deletion is legally and technically possible
  • Your comments or user activity connected to your account

Data that may be retained

Some data may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, copyright, financial, tax, dispute resolution or regulatory purposes.

Payment records, withdrawal records, copyright reports, abuse reports, transaction references and security logs may be retained for a limited period where necessary.

Deletion timeline

Account deletion requests are usually reviewed and processed within 30 days. Some retained records may remain for up to 90 days or longer where required by law, financial records, dispute handling, copyright protection or platform security.
